The District Multipurpose Development and Information Centre (DMDIC), a Non Governmental Organization(NGO) is situated at Rangalipather village under Joypur Development Block area, 3 kilometers west from Naharkatia town and 58 kilometers from Dibrugarh District head quarter and 500 kilometers east from state capital Guwahati.
DMDIC was established in the year 1987 with the active initiative and sacrifice of Rev. Binoy Kr. Topno, Pastor of Rangalipather Church and some social-minded people of Rangalipather who wanted to bring a positive change in the life of the poor and underprivileged.
