DMDIC believes that the development of poor and underprivileged cannot be brought without a joint effort. DMDIC realizes that without the active participation of the people in the developmental process, change cannot be achieved. It is true that the referral groups are not aware about their right in their need areas. Unless and until they realize their right, they do not participate in the whole process. Therefore DMDIC intended to address the contextual issues with a right-based-perspective to arrest the root causes and to create a common platform for the people towards equal opportunity and integrity. So, with this vision and intention DMDIC has established a Package Partnership named “Community Based on Sustainable Livelihood” with CASA to bring desirable change within the selected areas through a concerted “Right Base Approach”.
